نویسندگان محترم

مقاله از حیث رعایت آیین نگارش زبان فارسی باید روان و بی‌غلط بوده و دارای شرایط ویراستاری ادبی و علمی منطبق با قالب نگارشی فصلنامه باشد.
مقاله‌های برگرفته از پایان‌نامه یا طرح‌های پژوهشی، از حیث نگارشی باید از قالب پایان‌نامه خارج شده و در قالب مقاله‌های علمی-پژوهشی بر اساس اسلوب فصلنامه  تنظیم و تدوین شوند.
در زمان ارسال مقاله، صرفاً پنج فایل(فایل مشخصات نویسندگان، فایل اصلی مقاله بدون نام نویسندگان، فایل فرم تعارض منافع و فایل فرم تعهد نویسندگان ، گواهی مشابهت یابی)  برای نشریه ارسال بفرمائید که راهنمای تدوین و نگارش آنها  در ادامه قابل دانلود است. 

روش رفرنس نویسی

تمام منابعی که در نگارش مقاله مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است باید در انتهای مقاله به زبان انگلیسی و با فرمت APA تنظیم شود. در تنظیم منابع به نکات زیر توجه نمایید: 

الف) استنادهای درون متنی، همگی به صورت انگلیسی و ترجیحاً در پایان جمله نوشته شود. سال نشر منابع فارسی باید به صورت معادل میلادی نوشته شود.

ب) استنادهای انتهای متن، همگی به صورت انگلیسی نوشته شود. تأکید می شود، چنانچه برخی از منابع فارسی باشند برای تبدیل آن به انگلیسی، تمام اطلاعات آن مانند نام نویسنده و نویسندگان، عنوان مقاله، نام مجله، به انگلیسی ترجمه و تاریخ‌های مربوطه به میلادی تبدیل شده و در انتها عبارت [In Persian] اضافه شود.

ج) از ترجمه شخصی عناوین منابع فارسی اکیداً خودداری نموده و معادل انگلیسی استناد منابع فارسی را از سایت منبع بردارید. 

د) ارجاع به منابع در متن به زبان انگلیسی و ترجیحاً در انتهای جمله و در پرانتز ارائه شود، مانند (Wilson, 1993) و یا (Wilson et al., 1993) و در صورت ضرورت در ابتدای جمله، ارائه شود.

هـ) منابع اشاره شده در متن مقاله باید از منابعی باشند که به صورت کتاب، مجله علمی، پایان نامه بوده و قابل دسترسی به وسیله خواننده باشند. از منابع غیرقابل دسترس و منابع غیرعلمی مانند درسنامه، جزوه استفاده نشود.

و) فهرست منابع به ترتیب حروف الفبای انگلیسی مرتب شود.

نویسندگان محترم لازم است قبل از بارگذاری مقاله، مقالات فارسی خود را در یکی از سامانه های همیاب سیناوب (https://hamyab.sinaweb.net) یا سمیم نور (https://www.samimnoor.ir)و مقالات انگلیسی خود را در سامانه iThenticate (https://www.ithenticate.com/) بارگذاری نموده و گواهی مشابهت یابی را به همراه فایل مقاله بارگذاری نمایند.

از هر نویسنده در هر سال، تنها دو مقاله بررسی و در صورت تایید، چاپ خواهد شد، با رعایت ضوابط نشریه، اگر حتی یکی از نویسندگان مقاله، مقاله‌ای در دست چاپ و یا بررسی در این نشریه داشته باشد، از دریافت مقاله جدید معذوریم یا نوبت چاپ آن به سال بعد با رعایت همین مقررات انتقال خواهد یافت.

• تمامی منابع مورد استفاده در متن و انتهای مقاله باید به انگلیسی درج  و بطور الفبایی تنظیم  شود و حتی مقالاتی که اصل مقاله به زبان فارسی است.
• چکیده فارسی و انگلیسی مقاله حداکثر در 500 واژه نگارش شده  و بر حسب رشته و موضوع تحقیق دربردارنده بیان مسئله، هدف، پرسش‌ها و فرضیه‌های پژوهش روش شناسی، یافته‌ها (دستاوردها) و نتیجه‌گیری باشد. مقالاتی که پذیرفته می شوند برای صدور پذیرش، چکیده مبسوط انگلیسی الزام به بارگذاری دارد، این چکیده باید در 2000 تا 2500 واژه و به شرح زیر نگارش  شود:

ABSTRACT :

( Font Size=10, bold, all caps, left justified)- Abstract should be written between 200-250 words and with 10 font size, Times New Roman, justified, single line spacing. Abstract should be included: Introduction, Methods and Materials, Results, Conclusion and Keywords.

KEYWORDS:

keyword 1; keyword2; keyword3; up to 6 (Said section should contain maximum 6 words that are written with 10 font size and separated with semi-colon)

EXTENDED ABSTRACT:

Extended abstracts must contain all relevant aspects and information of a regular research in a form that is shorter than the full text. In addition, you should use references in the extended abstract up to 8. Subtitles of the extended abstract should be composed of introduction, Methods and Materials, results, discussion (selective) and conclusion. It shall be written in English with Times New Roman font, single line spacing and 11 font size and can contain figures (up to 2), tables (up to 2), or images (up to 2). Page margins are 1 inch on all sides, in A4 paper size and should not exceed 4 pages (including all figures, tables) or from 2000 to 2500 words. It should follow the suggested template below.

INTRODUCTION:

(Title Times New Roman, 12 font size, bold). Current literature regarding the work subject should be examined and the differences of the said work from the past, similar works should be presented clearly in the introduction section.

METHODOLOGY :

The methodology must be clearly stated and described in sufficient detail or with sufficient references. The author shall explain the research question, describe the research framework, and the methods applied in detail. It should be furthermore highlighted why the research question is relevant to theory and practice, and why the chosen method(s) are suited for the problem.

RESULT:

Presentation of the result obtained. If possible, use descriptive figures or tables rather than explain in text. Do not discuss or interpret the results at this stage. Figures and tables must be numbered. Figures and tables captions must be centered in 12 p.t with small caps. Captions with figure numbers must be placed after their associated figures. Captions with table numbers must be placed before their associated tables.

DISCUSSION:

(this part is selective) Discuss the results. Put your results in perspective by comparing to other studies or generally accepted knowledge in the field. Criticize your own method and results, for example, with respect to the simplifications made.

CONCLUSIONS:

Conclusion should include (1) the principles and generalizations inferred from the results, (2) any exceptions, problems or limitations of the work, (3) theoretical and/or practical implications of the work, and (5) conclusions drawn and recommendations.

Collate acknowledgements in this separate section at the end of the text, before the part of references. List here those individuals who provided help during the research (e.g., funding the project, providing language help, writing assistance or proof reading the article, etc.).
