It is to inform you that Payame Noor University is launching the Journal of Growth and Development of Rural & Agricultural Economics. The journal is licensed by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance with the number 76958 and can be accessed at the website (https://gdrae.journals.pnu.ac.ir/).

 The objectives of the journal include

- Providing resources and scientific knowledge necessary for research on the growth and development of rural and agricultural economics.

- Creating a suitable scientific-research space for the exchange of ideas and opinions of agriculture and rural experts and managers.

- Providing research resources and studies to improve management methods in rural and agricultural sectors at micro and macro levels.

- Presenting solutions and strategies in the areas of rural and agricultural economic growth and development (economic, social, and environmental).

 

the focus areas of the journal are as follows

- Theoretical discussions on the growth and development of rural and agricultural economics in Iran.

- Explaining the role of the agricultural sector and rural development in the country's development process.

- Quantitative and qualitative discussions and modeling of rural and agricultural economic growth and development.

- Strategies for rural and agricultural growth and development and comparison with other countries.

- Topics related to production, marketing, consumption, and foreign trade of agricultural and rural products.

- Topics on rural and agricultural economic growth and development including migration, employment, cooperatives, agricultural tourism, ecotourism.
